I've been focusing on sending love out into the universe; to all beings  everywhere and praying to be a positive influence on all beings.

I've been quitting smoking. It has been haaaarrrrd!!! And i've been training to become a yoga teacher. It has been intennnnnssssseeee, I'm deciding to do less and do it better.

English, CCRI, it's nice to see people's profiles here and understand that there are a LOT of beautiful human beings on this planet.

In sobriety I've been realizing the spiritual nature of a lot of my "problmes". I'm very greatful for the consciousness that I have to recognize this and that I have methods on hand (cultivated over years of searching) to increase my spiritual practices. After reading 'shakti mantra' I was reflecting a bit on the divine feminine and spontaneously wrote this bit of prose. I figured I'd share it with whomever cared to read it.

In this world there is a need for an understanding of the feminine or the 'heart'. We know the 'hard' physical reality and are busy working on improving this physical reality, but with an unhealthy and arrogant disregard to what is going on inside of the soul. I've actually met people who don't believe that there is an (I laugh at the absurdity of this) eternal, luminous aspect to themselves. It's difficult talking to an eternal being who believes that they are a (certainly special) makeup of physical matter but nothing more than this. Anyway, I digeress. This disregard of emotion, of spirituality, and to a lesser extent nowadays, the mind body connection, we neglect serving people in the physical reality through lack of healthcare, housing, and care of the environment, because we quite frankly aren't aware of the great potential for growth of consciousness. I feel that if people were aware of how much room for growth we have, we would be spending much more time on taking care of the basics such as reaching an equilibrium with our physical environment so we can move onto the fun of a conscious existence as divine beings. But I suppose growth has to happen on all levels simultaneously and as we become conscious of our own divinity we'll start taking care of the planet's, animal's and consequently global human needs. Or maybe we won't. And we'll just kill ourselves and die off....Luckily it's not up to me. I'll just write about this and see if anyone reads.

it was an exausting day! the day took a lot out of me but it looks like I have a gift. I have spirit guides to channel into this world through my hands. What an Honor! today I'm working on my throat chakra understanding that I have energy that is trying to move through it to reach the diviine through my crown.  Definitely heading down the Right Path! Exciting and terrifying. Dealing with psychic vampires and other aspects of life that most people just are decidedly unaware of. If I've learned anything about consciousness during this life, it's that Dangerous things happen if you ignore it.
